 A. NO! Permanent Jewelry is a pain free experience, nothing goes into or on the skin.

A. As long as you want it to! The jewelry is strong but not indestructible. Treat it as any other delicate jewelry. I have had permanent jewelry on upwards longer than 6 months.

A. You can take small nail brush or tooth brush and some soap and brush along the jewelry. You can do this as often or as little as you would like. I use Dawn Dish soap to clean all of my jewelry.

A. If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason, cut the jumpring that is welded and save your jewelry and I will re-weld whenever you are ready. I can also add a clasp to the piece if you choose to have the option to remove as you wish.

A. If you jewelry breaks at the weld I will re-weld for free. If your chain breaks, I can offer to re-weld at the broken site. I do not replace a lost or broken chain or charm. There are no refunds for your jewelry for any reason. Permanent jewelry is strong, but not indestructible and should be treated as such.

A. Absolutely! You can add charms to your chains at any time. I also take custom orders if there is something specific you are looking for.

A. Easy! I can swap out your jewelry with the seasons if that is your jam! I give you a tarnish free kit to put your jewelry in until you are ready to wear it again.
